Implement in-office strategies to identify patients at high risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and utilize national guidelines for goal acheivment.
Employ the latest therapeutic advances in the following lifestyle modification and non-pharmacological treatment of CVD risk factors, management of dyslipidemia, treatment of hypertension, treatment of type 2 dieabetes, modifications of visceral adioposity, metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes, and smoking cessation.
