| Objectives |
The purpose of this CME program is to provide a one-day course on the basics of head and neck radiology. The curriculum will be divided into seven sections: Larynx; Oral Cavity & Oropharynx; Temporal Bone; Parapharyngeal Space; Spaces of the Head and Neck; Brachial Plexus; and Lymph Nodes. Each topic will consist of lectures that will cover imaging technique, normal anatomy, and common pathology with an emphasis on how the imaging findings directly affect patient management and treatment. Both adult and pediatric pathology will be covered. One of the unique aspects that will separate this program from others will be an emphasis on audience interaction and participation as opposed to structured lectures presented at most CME courses. It is our goal that at the end of the day, participants will say the course was “too basic.” If so, then you will have unwittingly learned and understood a tremendous amount of head & neck radiology! |
